Sasha Lilly: Your interview

Sasha Lilly: Your interview with Dr. Jodi Dean was one of the best radio conducted interviews of some length that I have ever listened to. Your understanding of the subject and your constantly asking of the needed to be asked on-target questions were just super. A job well done there!

I enjoyed Dean's needed approach.

But even after listening to her, I still have a natural and learned distrust of commie's intellectual elitist leadership.(a left-haha-over from my S.D.S -.and my particular caucus within it - days of the 60s and 70s).

The only question skirted, thereby failing to be asked outright, was the needed to be asked question of the dictatorship by the party. This is my key departure point from the commies.

I believe, Ellison in his "Invisible Man" paints my mind's perfect picture of the Party's intellectual elite in action. I'm quite certain, it is a timeless picture he paints too. It is the constant flaw in communism - the disconnected intellectually elitist Party always trumps the People and their needs. IMO

I believe, Dean needed to be made to confront the Dictatorship and Party elite question/s more directly. All the more so for me, after her bizarre anecdotal comments and conclusions drawn from the artist's guild Yuppie garden party in Williamsburg show of hands on the question "are non workers, workers and are they the new non worker worker peoples of the world?" 100% there responded YES. Or was that NO? DING DONG!

I always come away from commies with feeling of being dirty and that somehow, I need fixing by them and only them. They are truly disconnected zealots. This is a built in fact.

I firmly believe, socialism is in the process of an evolution and will only finally succeed by it being allowed to evolve without being unduly anchored in the past. Socialism is not fixed in time nor by one scientific social method.

The term "wooden Marxist" is one of the best descriptions of a political agenda I have ever heard. If you don't believe me, try spending an afternoon with couple of Trotskyites and a commie or two. I'm sure you have. haha

Plus, the commies are always coming up reactionary when it comes to the environmental/biospheric issues. Why? Because at the end of the day, they are just frustrated- economists (a really bad combo that).

You are doing good. Keep fighting the battles that need to be fought. And thank you
