their bases in southern Iraq to near Baghdad — as requested by the U.S.

Bay file suit seeking $10 million each for abuse they suffered there

Attorney General Bill Lockyer campaigns at the state’s DNA lab
for proposition 69. ..it would greatly expand DNA collection, taking samples
from anyone arrested for a felony even if they’re not convicted.
