first hear the second part of a two-part interview on Syria’s political
situation with Political Science Professor, Bassam Haddad of St Joseph’s
University in philadelpia conducted by History Professor Beshara Doumani
of UC Berkeley.

Later in the program, we will hear the second of the two part series on
the music and inspiration behind Gnawa Diffusion, the prominent Algerian
