Join Malihe and Khalil for this week's program, during which, we will first hear the second part of a two-part interview on Syria’s political situation with Political Science Professor, Bassam Haddad of St Joseph’s University in philadelpia conducted by History Professor Beshara Doumani of UC Berkeley.

Later in the program, we will hear the second of the two part series on the music and inspiration behind Gnawa Diffusion, the prominent Algerian band led by Amazigh Kateb. Also on the program, the commemoration of the 90th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide with Haig Baghdassarian of Armenian National Committee of San Francisco.
