Accordinding to FEMA, a debit card with $2000.00 credit is being issued to qualified evacuees at the Astrodome. But Many Families are Being Left Out. As FSRN correspondent *Dolores M. Bernal reports from the Astrodome, hundreds of people were locked out of the stadium and made to wait in the hot sun while their paper work was processed.
