Accordinding to FEMA, a debit card with $2000.00 credit is being issued to qualified evacuees at the Astrodome. But Many Families are Being Left Out. As FSRN correspondent Dolores M. Bernal reports from the Astrodome, hundreds of people were locked out of the stadium and made to wait in the hot sun while their paper work was processed.
