2006 Legislative Wrap-up:
As the 2006 legislative season wraps up, environmentalists are heralding an agreement that would make California the first state to limit industrial greenhouse gas emissions. Bill Magavern of the Sierra Club and Moira Chapin of Environmental California join Terre Verde to explore this historic agreement, as well as how other key environmental bills fared this year.
