APEX Express - December 14, 2006Bay Area activist Christine Ahn has just returned from a trip to Korea with an 18-member U.S. delegation organized by Koreans Against War and Neoliberalism. They traveled to Korea to oppose the expansion of Camp Humphrey, the US military base in Pyeongtaek, and to protest the proposed Korea-US Free Trade Agreement. Christine shares testimony about Korean villagers and farmers resisting further encroachment of the U.S. on their lives, livelihoods and nation.
