The Morning Show analyzes why one in a hundred American adults is currently behind bars according to the Pew Center. Followed by a conversation with Matt Gonzalez, former President of the SF Board of Supervisors and SF mayoral candidate, who has been selected by Ralph Nader to be his vice presidential running mate.

In the second hour, on the forth anniversary of the US Marines landing in Haiti, the Haiti Action Committee protests at the Marine recruiters’ center in Berkeley. Followed by Reyna Cowan, Morning Show film reviewer, discussing "The Counterfeiters", winner of the Best Foreign Film award at the Oscars.
