The Morning Show discusses the US economy with Lawrence Mitchell, author of "The Speculation Economy, How Finance Triumphed Over Industry", and Professor of Business Law at George Washington University, and James Galbraith, Professor of Government at the University of Texas, Austin, and author of "Unbearable Cost, Bush Greenspan and the Economics of Empire." Then Barbara Ehrenreich, author of "This Land Is Their Land: Reports from a Divided Nation." In the second hour Howard Zinn, Prof Emeritus at Boston University, and author of "A People’s History of the United States" discusses the consequences of eight years of the Bush administration.
