In the second hour Al Gore’s call for Zero Energy from Fossil Fuels is discussed with Gayle McLaughlin, Mayor of Richmond and Tyson Slocum, Director of Public Citizen’s Energy Program in Washington DC. Wrapping up the program Water Wars: Bottled or Tap is discussed with Tony Clarke, director of the Polaris Institute and author of "Blue Gold: The Battle Against the Corporate Theft of the World’s Water" and David Spath, Ph.D. former chief of the California Department of Health Services, Drinking Water & Environmental Division.
