In this week's program, On tonight's program, we will speak with Algerian-born scholar Azzedine Layachi, who is Associate Professor of Political science at St. John's University in New York, about the latest and apparently synchronized terrorist violence in both Algeria and Morocco and the forces behind it.
Later in the program, Shuka Kalantari will talk with art historian and critical theorist Dore Bowen as well as French media artist Isabelle Massu and the curators of an on-going photo exhibition entitled "Not Given: Talking of and Around Photographs of Arab Women" in San Francisco.
