Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rokia Traore, from Mali, is featured on a special Music of the World. She is currently celebrating the release of her new nonesuch CD “Tchamanchte”(Cha-man-che), the follow up of her award winning and critically acclaimed 2003 breakthrough “Bowmboi” (Bow-em-boy). Rokia Traore is also appearing at the Stanford University Dinkelspiel Auditorium.
