Every day, California’s 115,000 nail salon workers handle dozens of types of polishes, glues and solvents, but most of them are not well regulated. Terre Verde speaks with representatives of the Healthy Nail Salon Collaborative on the long-term health impacts of this exposure, and how they are organizing salon workers.
