Host/producer Nina Serrano presents the Poet-to-Poet series, featuring guest, Cuban poet Pablo Armando Fernandez reading from his work and discussing his life. Fernandez, born in Oriente, Cuba in 1929 currently lives in Havana and recently received the Carlota Award from the Center for Cuban Studies in New York City for his role in improving US and Cuban relations. He also holds the Cuban National Award for Literature from the Cuba’s Ministry of Culture for his 20 books of poetry, 3 novels and a book of essays. <think-ink.net> click on "The Visit".
