This week on Apex Express, we talk about the City of Oakland's climate change plan. Asian Communities for Reproductive Justice and the Ella Baker Center join us to talk about their efforts to impact Oakland's climate plan policies. Also, a report back and film reviews from the SF International Asian American Film Festival, and we honor the late great film maker and community organizor Loni Ding.
