Today's host of Open Book, Eric Klein, talks with Charles Brownstein, Executive Director of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, about defending the First Amendment and fighting censorship.
The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund was founded in 1986 as a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of First Amendment rights for members of the comics community.
The CBLDF is currently defending comic book store owner Gordon Lee against the state of Georgia, in a very interesting case.
