Letters to Washington

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the government may sneak on to your property and place a GPS device on your car to conduct survellience without a warrant.  The case could go to the Supreme Court as the country grapples with civil liberties and technology.  Today we’ll be in conversation about it with Jim Dempsey of the Center for Democracy and Technology.  Pulitzer Prize winning journalist David Finkel of the Washington Post will be here talking about his book Good Soldiers that chronicled a batallion that was part of President Bush’s surge strategy in Iraq.
