Why not consider that Sarah Palin is just as ignorant and narcissistic as has been described by those who have known her and have researched her activities and ways?? As she appears, she may be, and probably indeed, IS. And as is analyzed on the program, the problem with this society is that such a person can possibly make it into a high office by an election. And if not Palin next time, some person just as bad. Yes, the fact that she is female and seen as sexy to some, makes her possible as a sales job foisted on the U.S. public, in the land of a TV-Nation, where image and projection, trump substance and vital meaning.

"Liberal hate mongering"??? Really??? I have heard some people, in this case a person I personally liked, say that he would not go to hear Noam Chomsky speak, at a local event, was because Dr. Chomsky hated the United States. It's amazing that a person, such as Chomsky, who so well analyzes the society in so broad ways, can be so disclaimed by anyone. Perhaps it's coming from people who don't like to learn the facts and analysis of History, in the most comprehensive ways.

I personally wish that Hillary Clinton were President, not Obama, as Obama has been a sales job, which demeans the potential decency of action, that our first black President could have made in this country. Friends of mine never expected much from this Obama guy, but I did, just because he is half black. But there are lots of black people out there who are as bad as any white guy, and that guy Blackwell of Ohio, who was critical in stealing the 2004 election for Bush, is a prime example, of a smiling, evil, SOB, who is also black.
