One aspect that has not been mentioned since during 1982-83 plenary sessions for Livermore Action Group has been the eyesore of causticity, namely no "radiation" monitoring devices along the west coast, all urban areas, and all Dept of energy sites, but why not the military allowing those waste-sites full of tonnes radionuclides? What about all NPP's from 10-feet to one hundred miles? What about 'measuring daily' the amounts of radiation all over the fifty-states...not mentioned much since 1983?
