Phyllis Bennis is right, and her insights are spot on. So was Vijay Prasad who appeared on Letters and Politics to speak about the growing American military and policing in Bhagdad, Kabul, Karachi and now in Tripoli. The covert operation in Libya is unique...while excuse is being made that this is a joint operation, it is a NATO operation and it is not a full invasion...it is a military engangement, it is a military expansion in the region and it is a Americanization of the Middle East...that is direct, blunt and brazen. Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice should be called into question. Which military personnel is advising them, and why are this supporting this? This is going to let Europe off easily while America will be implicated. Do they know how dangerous this is? We need some lawsuits flying. There are people within the military who are against this...they are not coming out and talking freely. They should not embarrass the President, but they should be raising concerns. There is a shadow miltary government that has taken over...Who are the insiders?
