I had thought Mr Jeserich was

I had thought Mr Jeserich was sufficiently educated to be aware that 'species' is not the plural of 'specie'. Alas, I was mistaken.

I have always said that

I have always said that "global poverty" has to be solved and old feudal, patriarcal and colonial mentalities that pit one group, sect or tribe against the other or create selfishness, self serving mentality or ruthelsess competition have to be confronted, challenged, corrected and improved. I do believe there is a gender difference in the way "this selfish gene" develops, spreads or takes control. Men have it much more than women, Anglos have it more than non-Anglos and Americans have it more than non-Americans. There is a combination of gene, biology, culture, socialization and ethics that leads to these problems. I don't think the decline of Western civilization or American civilization (if one can call it that) is necessarily a dceline of the world. I just hope other countries and cultures learn from the mistakes of these countries - rather than emulate it, ignore it or cling to their own narrow ways. I don't think these "Oh my God, or oh my scientifc god, what's going to happen to me?" helps! That term "me" itself is different. between the "confident muted humble fragile me" versus the "selfish, self absorbed, self serving...me".

Anyway interesting program. .
