Hi I am a big fan of your Monday show and consider myself a very progressive person. But I wish you would include some of the additional facts regarding women in the workplace. Namely that women now make up the majority of students in higher education and that the statistic regarding equal pay for men and women you quoted is not adjusted for education and experience in the jobs being studied.
