I like Phillip but I did not appreciate my question, which was the first call in, being changed by Phillip to being about "green jobs.' Luckily Professor Wolff responded to my question about cooperatives though he did not necessarily address local production. In general Professor Wolff seems to be one of the best economists out there from my perspective
