I found the documentary, by the way great show on Flashpoints today!
Excellent interview! I never thought of "this pretentious" arrest as "intelligence collection" and "doing some kind of further future survillience". Never thought of it that way. Makes a lot of sense! Can some international agency collect information on all those arrested, and keep a separate dossier so if these guys and gals get harassed, assaulted or disappear (in some unusual circumstances) there is some alternative for legal action? I saw in one video the police provoking one particular protestor (very strange), and then getting a whole bunch of police to go after him. It was very strange, but the police appeared as if they were setting him up or provoking him so he'd respond, and then they could arrest him. Excellent interview. She should be invited to speak again, and prepare the protetors for these kinds of terrible Constitutional violations. Would it help to give different names, or demand a lawyer before saying anything? Could people carry the local law book that allows free speech and right to assemble, and thrust it on to the police?
