good show, especially the first half, but the answer as to why Bloomberg didn't clear Zuccotti Pk in the first instance is because, as I believe you've said previously, Bloomberg IS Wall Street. The protesters are there to occupy HIM and since his pretext as a Pol is to pretend he is NOT Wall Street, rather just a " guy to get things done", not an incarnation of the Ruling Class, he couldn't very well clear the Park and blow his political cover.
