This documentary is for sure wrong and goes against all facts on the ground. I am Syrian and some of my friends were kidnapped by the government. Arab league observers confirmed that Syrian gov. kills its own people. As for Christians in Syria, they are not suffering harm because they stayed neutral, which is understandable, but whoever talks about freedom is harmed.
The city of Homs is under siege, a lot of people are killed, and reporters are not allowed in general.

The attack on Syria is really no surprise considering Obama is just a continuation of the PNAC crowd. It's the same foreign policy since day one. Any hopes I had for Obama were dashed when he said, "We will not second guess the Federal Reserve." And I had very few to begin with.

Bonnie Faulkner's "Guns & Butter" delivers the hidden truth again and again. I always tie my KPFA pledge to her show. She exposed the deadly deceit of NATO's bombing, infiltration, and propaganda about Libya. Now we see the same technique of demonization and deceit being played out against Syria. Qui bono? Who benefits?

Indeed, DN's name change to "Hypocrisy Now" would be a long time coming. After all, didn't Amy claim that her show "is the balance" ? I waited and waited to hear some balance about Libya's peaceful opposition", the relentless 8 months of bombing that country and the resulting masses of non-combatant victims, the brutal and racist treatment of Libya's Black peoples, those Libyans who supported Qaddafi, etc. I feel ashamed of having supporting her program. And what about that Qatari propaganda mouthpiece Aljazeera that Pacifica lends a hand to ? With friends like this, who needs enemies ?
