I don't trust anything I hear on Democracy Now about Syria. Here's why:
First, from an online article about Syria, "State TV denies government forces besieged Homs, saying activists in the city were setting tires on fire to make it appear a bombardment had taken place."
Second, look at today's main CNN world news page, http://www.cnn.com/WORLD/ . You'll see a picture at the top of the page with a caption under it, "Activist: Rockets rip through Syrian city." But the picture only shows two burning tires in the middle of a street!! Here's a link to the picture by itself, in case the page has changed by the time you see it: http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/dam/assets/120205112457-syria-daraya-fire-c... Is that precision bombing, or what?
Why does Amy Goodman keep giving time to Syria US/NATO war propaganda? We know why Al Jazeera does it, but I just don't understand what Amy is up to.
