This show has lost its mojo. Where is Bonnie?
The station is becoming boring. I don't listen much now. Get my political information from Global News Network, Patrick.net, information clearing house.
Music of the World and similar shows are just not enough to keep me interested in KPFA.
Has Bonnie gone? What a great journalist she is. Bring her back.
There is no substitute for Bonnie. She's the best in the "business." So why is there no statement about her status with the show? Her loss would be easier to take if there were a definitive statement.
This documentary is well put together. Except for the useless background noise ( music) that makes it hard to understand the spoken words. Too many documentary makers became obsessed with background noise. Unfortunately, often annoying.

Sorry Andrew that DVD can't touch any of Bonnie's recent shows taking on the powers that be by pulling the covers on the inside job. Thanks for mentioning US funding Bush crime partners Noriega and Saddam....The wide angle soft focus of 'Superpower' leaves out the names of those in power today "arming both sides" (which is how Jacob Rothschild's crime family took over London after the battle of Waterloo) not to dispute any of the generalities but we can't be prosecuted for conspiracy to murder with them.
What is up with the whistle? It's driving me crazy.
I am way behind the curve. I just discovered Bonnie in the last few months, and I love her. She is just great. Her style, intelligence, wit, syntax are all qualities of a great journalist. Something very rare in this day and age of a Stazi press in cahoots with a criminal government.
Say it ain't so Joe. Bonnie has got to come back!
It would seem only fair to regular listeners that they be given some indication as to when Bonnie will be returning to the show, or whether she will be returning. I miss her INTERVIEWS. If I want to hear a documentary, I'll watch it.
