The Clinton Democracy Fellowship program at City Year seeks to enable Americans to learn from international Fellows working to build democracy in their home countries and to inspire the development of citizen service programs and policies around the globe. On March 12, 2003 the new City Year Clinton Democracy Fellows were selected in South Africa, and Walter Turner talks with 3 of them: Kim Fischer, Allan Wilfred Williams, and Mthetho Tshemese.
