Occupy Oakland does not need a building to exercise "Direct Democracy". The General Meetings and Executive Committees can be held in a park. Let's not loose the concept over forms.
Why doesn't Occupy Oakland issue some of its own stay away letters? Besides, enough people could force arrests, and then everyone could demand a jury trial and clog the courts for months and months.
His argument is weak and he fails badly to make the distinction between corporate and individual rights
