C.S. Soong did an extraordinary job of interviewing a rare genius in this program. Hawkes' book, "Ideology" is a fabulous read, recommended to anyone who loves this show!
A sensationally though-provoking program of the sort that keeps me subscribing to KPFA despite deep dissatisfaction with many programming decisions, especially the rather pathetic current Morning Mix.
