His remarks are apropos a status-Quotient speaker who is “glad” to be rid of Anwar al Awlaki, which is to say ‘impugning’ against his own “constitutional Rights” as well as the fact is that el Presidente` lacks “human-Rights virtues” was not mentioned as needs be...by Russ. Wars illegal are definitely “human-rights” issues...ours!
