Madsen is the author of innumerable books, the latest of which is, America's Nightmare: The Presidency of George Bush II, as well as recent articles on the crucial creepiness of Karl Rove, as well as the fact that the Thanksgiving dinner over which George Bush "presided" was actually at 6 am in the morning... Not only was the turkey fake, the dinner was breakfast.
