Yes! Yes! And hospitals the world over are full of smokers dying from radioactive polonium poisoning!
I think the key words here are "abnormal amounts". That polonium can be found in cigarette smoke hardly marshals against the possibility that polonium was used to murder Arafat.
According to the EPA:
Secondhand smoke contains over 4,000 chemical compounds, including radioactive polonium 210.
Any one exposed to tobacco smoke, depending on exposure, might have high amounts of polonium 210.on clothing, hair, lungs, etc..
