The USPS is a classic case of the "conservatives" knee-caping a government function, then shooting it in the head because it cannot run. Reaganesque.
Why the hell can't it be allowed to open internet cafes in these grand old buildings? Because the looters wouldn't have a "plausible" cause to loot it. Disgusting.
