Concerning destruction of public school system: This is really nothing new for us in Germany which you were telling about your own country's system!

Although you perhaps will never know, and nice Prof. Richard Wolff will also never tell, "DIE LINKE" as a supposed leftist party here, supports neoliberal so-called "school reforms" since long. This might sound like a scandal! But most people, especially in your country, never will learn about it.

Why this goes on to be unknown in the US, just ask Richard Wolff, also why he would deny it. Here you got a realistic chance to learn about Europe!

We as a tiny little, mostly educational, group privately fought against this insane policy within the LINKE and the German Teachers' Union, but since about 8 years the organized majority of both of them ignore these facts of influential private corporations, pushing forward towards school system's privatizing, and the organized so-called "left" did only for selfish political career-reasons flock around neoliberal school privatization think-tanks.

Personally I do like very much the DVD "The inconvenient Truth about 'Waiting For Superman'" but we don't get support for funding additional German subtitles to it, so that we could successfully screen this important film publicly here.
It would be interesting if you could contact me and maybe would help with my attempt to contact Richard on this very serious and sinister subject over German leftists. Would you?
