Below are the submission deadline dates.
- Martin Luther King Jr Day – Monday, January 14th, 12 noon
- Presidents’ Day – Monday, February 18th, 12 noon
- Memorial Day – Monday, May 27th, 12 noon
- Juneteenth – Friday, June 17th, 12 noon
- Independence Day – Friday, July 3rd, 12 noon
- Labor Day – Monday, September 9th, 12 noon
- Indigenous Peoples’ Day –Monday, October 12th, 12 noon
- Thanksgiving Weekend – Monday, November 21st, 12 noon
- Xmas Weekend – Tuesday, December 20th, 12 noon
- New Year’s Day – Thursday, December 31st, 12 noon
To ensure your program is broadcast properly, please adhere to the 12 pm Noon Submission Deadline. If your overnight program plays immediately after the holiday (generally Tuesday between 12 and 6 am), please follow the deadlines above.
Deadlines are meant to help keep the station running smoothly and help give the Operations Department time to address incomplete uploads, audio, and technical issues.
Any program submitted after the deadline is not guaranteed to air during your scheduled time slot.
