Below are the submission deadline dates.

• Martin Luther King Jr Day – Friday January 14th, 12 noon
• Presidents Day – Friday February 18th, 12 noon
• Memorial Day – Friday May 27th, 12 noon
• Juneteenth – Friday June 17th, 12 noon
• Independence Day – Friday July 1st, 12 noon
• Labor Day – Friday September 2nd, 12 noon
• Indigenous People’s Day – Friday October 7th, 12 noon
• Thanksgiving Weekend – Monday November 21st, 12 noon
• Xmas Weekend – Tuesday December 20th, 12 noon
• New Years Day – Friday December 30th, 12 noon

In order to guarantee your program is broadcast properly, please adhere to the 12pm Noon Submission Deadline. If your overnight program plays immediately after the holiday (generally Tuesday between 12-6 am), please follow the deadlines above.

Deadlines are meant to help keep the station running smoothly and help give Operations Department Staff time to address incomplete uploads, audio and technical issues.

Any program submitted after the deadline is not guaranteed to air during your scheduled time slot.
