Terra Verde hosts a group of resilience leaders representing the many gardeners, planners, co-op workers, and community organizers around the East Bay who seek to make our cities stronger in the face of mounting economic and environmental pressures. Sharing their thoughts on what it means to be resilient are Ivette Meléndez and Alexandra Armenta of WAGES (Women’s Action to Gain Economic Security), Doria Robinson of Richmond Tilth, Oakland city planner David Ralston, and Aaron Lehmer of Bay Localize.
