Love it. Brian asks "16 Billion deficit next year - how do you pay the bills?" Jarvis guy cannot it answer it - Jarvis wants to fire the older workers in the state (who have a depth of institutional knowledge and are VERY efficient) with younger workers with less knowledge and for less pay.
