The Hear and Now

The Hear and Now with special guest Chris Smither – November 8, 2012

Singer-songwriter Chris Smither, who recently released his 12th studio album, Hundred Dollar Valentine, is not only one of the deepest writers on the folk circuit today (“Love You Like a Man,” “Slow Surprise,” “No Love Today,” “I Feel the Same”), but he’s among the finest fingerpicking folk-blues guitarists to boot. Tonight, on the eve of a two-night run at the Freight & Salvage Coffeehouse in Berkeley, he share songs and stories on the Hear and Now. Derk Richardson hosts.
