California already has some of the toughest gun laws in the country -- but there’s already a push to make them tougher. State Senator Leland Yee joins us to talk about how far California can go on its own.
In the second half: Berkeley’s set to vote on an ordinance that would declare it a “no drone zone”, even as the county sheriff is filling out grant applications to buy a drone of its own. We’ll have an in-studio debate on bringing drones into policework.
