Up Front - Guns, Drones

In recent years, there's been a state-by-state push to make it easier to get guns, and to carry them everywhere from classrooms to churches. Lisa Graves discusses the organizations behind the wave of de-regulation.

California already has some of the toughest gun laws in the country -- but there’s already a push to make them tougher. State Senator Leland Yee joins us to talk about how far California can go on its own.

In the second half: Berkeley’s set to vote on an ordinance that would declare it a “no drone zone”, even as the county sheriff is filling out grant applications to buy a drone of its own. We’ll have an in-studio debate on bringing drones into policework.
