Haven't had the chance to listen to this as yet, but it seems you've overlooked SF Bay Area greats such as Jefferson Airplane and Grateful Dead.. (the latter having been formed, according to legend, when Phil met Jerry at KPFA?!)
Of course, music show programmers have an embarassment of resources when it comes to such a "taper-friendly" band, i.e.:
