Actually, according to Robert

Actually, according to Robert (?) Dreyfuss in his book, A Devil's Game, the US started funding muslim extremists in the 1950s. The massive funding of the Afghan muhajadeen in the 80s was a continuation of this policy, not a new policy.

thanks again michel and

all sounds so similar to a doco i just saw about "Barbie" named "My enemy is your enemy" about nazi war criminal smuggled out of germany after the war by the vatican to south america where he organised right wing training and torture techniques used on the "left".
