CIA officer John Kariakou, who leaked information about waterboarding, was sentenced to 2 and a half years to prison. We have the details and we talk to Jessylin Raddick of the Government Accountability Project.

A deal is struck on filibuster reform, but it doesn’t go as far as some progressive groups were hoping.  Ryan Grimm of the Huffington Post tells us more.
