The illnesses and radioactive contamination of sailors on the USS Reagan which was off the coast of Japan during the explosion and meltdown at Fukushima in March 2011. The sailors are now sick and are fighting for justice for themselves and their families.
The battle between North West Grain longshoremen who are members of the ILWU and working under an imposed contract along with ILA longshore workers who are also working without a contract.
