Films and their projectors spin at the center of this second look at saucers flying in the ‘50’s. A ‘50’s dramatized documentary film, “The Truth About Flying Saucers,” plays pretty straight for its historical interest, intruded upon only by “novelty” songs of the day on the subject and Receptacle callers. “What is this, science fiction or something?”  Our brains evolve.
