Just another scheme to have the working class pay for research for the drug companies' further enrichment . . . we already know how to treat PTSD and traumatic brain injuries from IED's - cannabis. It works without side effects. Let's map the brain when we can all benefit from the knowledge of it. If there's money to map the brain today, let's use it instead to take care of our soldiers.
