The racism implicit in the term 'conspiracy nut' conflating insanity w/ perception of inside jobs by a government engenders the same anger in me as men using the b word as a synonym for 'woman'. I am getting the sense that something is going on at KPFA. No manager. An epidemic of rebroadcast segments and whole shows. This morning we get upper class technological triumphalism as if guest after guest that are capable of informed opinion decry this sort of thing. My guess is that the gentrification of everything in the US is rapidly eroding KPFA as the last source of objective broadcasting available to me. Stations need money to run so listener supported stations inevitably come to pander to the illusions of those who have money they can afford to give. Inevitable.
