Letters and Politics - Drones & Surveillance debate post Boston Bombing

After last week's Boston Marathon bombing, the debates are renewed over the legal system, drones, surveillance and the war on terror.  Today we'll talk to Constitutional scholars Marjorie Cohn and Erwin Chemerinsky.  We'll also speak to Neil Richards, who last month published in the Harvard Law Review an article titled The Dangers of Surveillance, and journalist Rafia Zakaria.
