As Dzhokhar Tsaernaev is charged for the Boston Marathon bombing, today we look at the perils that exist for lawyers willing to take on such suspects by looking at the case of Lynne Stewart who is serving a 10 year jail sentence for her conduct in representing Omar Abdel Rahman, the man accused of masterminding the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. Our guest is Lynne Stewart's husband Ralph Poynter.
